ARC. The engine
behind the loop.

Our own engine. It runs listen → build → reach → earn on a market by itself — and writes a receipt for every decision before it acts. Built to run our ventures. Now it runs yours.

[ what it does ]

One loop,
run by a machine.

The same four phases we run for clients — ARC runs them end to end without a handoff, and logs what it did at every step.

01 · listen

Reads the market

Public signals — forums, reviews, app stores, support threads — clustered by problem, scored by frequency and cost, original words kept.

output · demand map
02 · build

Builds what it asked for

Product, site and copy generated from the top signal. Every feature points back to a complaint. Nothing ships that can’t be traced.

output · live product
03 · reach

Goes back to the thread

Answers where the problem was raised, in the words people used. No paid spend until organic traction confirms the signal.

output · first users
04 · earn

Sells, and keeps score

Sells direct, prices from the signal, books every rupee. An engine that doesn’t earn is retired — with the reason on record.

output · revenue ledger

[ receipts, not reports ]

Every decision,
written down first.

Before ARC acts, it records what it decided, the evidence, and the cost. After, what happened. Read the whole chain — first complaint to first sale.

evidence

A signal behind every feature

Open any part of the product and see the complaint it came from, who said it, how many said the same.

council

Consequential calls get reviewed

Pricing, spend, retiring a product — anything costly to reverse goes to a review step you can see, before it’s taken.

ledger

Revenue and cost, per engine, per week

What came in, what it cost to get, which phase spent it. No dashboards that need explaining.

You have a market, not a product

ARC reads your category, builds the first version and finds the first users. You own everything it makes.

Point ARC at a market you understand. It runs the loop; you read the receipts and make the calls it escalates.

[ questions ]

Asked before.

01Is ARC fully autonomous?+
For the loop, yes — it reads, builds, launches and sells without someone pressing the next button. Anything costly to reverse (pricing, paid spend, retiring a product) goes through a review step you can see before it happens.
02Who owns what it builds?+
You do. Code, data, accounts, domain, customers. ARC runs on infrastructure in your name; if you leave, the product stays yours.
03Which AI models does it use?+
Several, routed by task — no lock-in to one. The receipt for each decision records which model made which call.
04Where does my data live?+
In your accounts and repositories. We don’t pool client data; market signals are collected only from what’s already public.
05What does the beta cost?+
A fixed monthly fee, decided after a scoping call, held for the life of the beta. No percentage of revenue, no per-seat pricing.
06When is it public?+
When enough engines have earned to be sure the loop holds outside our own ventures. Until then: a short waitlist, in order.
