The rules,
in plain words.

01 · Who you are dealing with

automemory.ai, AutoMemory and ARC are operated by DotInfo Solution, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). By using this site or requesting access to the beta, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

02 · Using the site

• The site is provided for information about our services and products. Nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation.
• You may not scrape the site at scale, attempt to access systems behind it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
• Forms are for genuine enquiries. We may decline or ignore submissions that are abusive, automated or unrelated.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Figures on the work page are published only once they are real and with the client’s sign-off; everything else is description, not a promise of results.

03 · Service engagements

Every paid engagement — market discovery, agents, product build, automation, launch and growth — is agreed in a separate written statement of work covering scope, price, timeline, ownership and confidentiality. That agreement governs the engagement. The free call and the written map described on this site create no obligation on either side; you may keep the map whether or not we work together.

04 · ARC private beta

• Access is by invitation, in order of request, and may be withdrawn or paused at any time with notice. Beta pricing is fixed in writing before an engine starts.
• ARC is beta software. It is provided "as is", may change without notice, and may make mistakes. Decisions it escalates for review are yours to take; we do not make financial or legal decisions on your behalf.
• You own what ARC builds for you — code, data, accounts, domains, customers — subject to third-party licences for components it uses. ARC itself, its method, prompts, receipts format and tooling remain ours.
• You will not use ARC to build anything unlawful, deceptive, or that targets individuals, and you will not resell access to the beta.
• Either side may end a beta engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded; fees for periods after the end date are not charged.

05 · Intellectual property

The AutoMemory and ARC names, logos, site design and written content are ours. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Client work product is owned as set out in the relevant statement of work — by default, the client owns the deliverables and we retain our pre-existing tools and methods.

06 · Confidentiality

Anything you tell us about your business through a form, a call or an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to do the work. We do not share one client’s or beta member’s information with another, and we do not publish anything about an engagement without written sign-off. The same is expected of you regarding our methods and pricing.

07 · Liability

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data arising from use of this site or the beta; our total liability for the beta is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim; and nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Paid engagements carry their own liability terms in the statement of work.

08 · Third-party services

The site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, GitHub, X). Their terms apply when you use them. Engagements and ARC may rely on third-party AI model providers, hosting and payment services; their availability and terms are outside our control, and we will tell you which ones an engagement depends on.

09 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We will always try talking first.

10 · Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are noted here for 60 days. Terms already fixed in a signed statement of work or beta agreement are not changed by an update to this page.
